Punishment or not

SO is it the error of the sub. Mine has a PC that does not want to work so should I punish the sub for not taking care of her PC or do I just say it was not her fault. she has gone out of her way to communicate with me during this time so I guess I have to cut her some slack god I am a nice Dom. When you are back up I expect answers to all the questions that you have not answered yet but I will be patient for now.
